Ebenezer Karen Baptist Church

A group of Karen immigrants from Myanmar who started to settle in Saint Paul in the year 2000. They shared space with the First Baptist Church in Lowertown, but eventually outgrew it. John Mannillo worked with Jack Hoeschler and Peter Kramer to find a building in Maplewood which could be converted into a church and senior center for the Karen community. 

The purchase of the property and re-construction was completed in 2017.
